LUPINE MEADOWS
There are a few locations in Grand Teton National Park that are my favorite places to be at sunrise. This is one of them! In mid-June, through July, the foreground is covered in lupine. One of the difficult parts of being able to take this photograph now is because of the area’s eighth year drought. The pond pictured in this image is now non-existent. Thus, there have been no reflections of the Tetons for some time there. |
